Air conditioning was working well very hot outside, service could have been better

Great service, friendly helpful staff, awesome coffee

Very rude and bad service. First experience - I ordered 4 burgers but got only 3 and that too a wrong one. I didn't care as I was in a hurry.Second experience - One of the staffs (lean girl) refused to take my order and she yelled at the other girl in the counter who was taking orders from other customers. Now I know why they've got self-service kiosk.Never Again! Thanks.

Delicious food with a great in-store layout and terrific customer service. If you're in Shepparton and need a quick bite to eat I couldn't recommend this McDonald's any higher
