Good equipment and good location, facilities aren't the best.
Started boot camp and I just love it the trainer is great and the atmosphere is awesome ....you push beyond your limit and get great results...

6am Bootcamp weekdays.... can't wait to wake up for a workout.Group PT session, what a way to go. Great mix of routines, equipment & the Trainers work you to be fitter, healthier, stronger, prouder.
Awesome gym, great vibes throughout the whole centre. Staff are lovely and always greet you, are able to answer any questions and make you feel a part of their community. Lots of variety with classes, weights, swim and sauna areas. Love it
