over a year on still waiting for my money back on flowers i paid for and didnt receive and money back for stickers i paid for on thank you gifts and didnt receive she was also late and on both mine and my sisters wedding wont return phone calls or txt and she is the one who gave the 5 star review on here. HEADS UP VERY DODGEY WOMAN
Terrible customer service. A friend hired Flower & Function Studio to do wedding bouquets and paid in full (even though payment was not due until 4 weeks prior to wedding date). Unfortunately wedding was cancelled 6 weeks prior to wedding date and it is now 6 months later and Ms McRae still has refused to honour repeated promises to refund monies (less deposit). Complete lack of empathy for the situation and not responding to communications from Consumer Affairs. Note the other review is written by the business owner herself, so it clearly can't be taken as gospel.
